1. Talk to the Ronin Inside Nakajima Sake House
Nakajima Sake House is located north of Sarobetsu Lake. Once inside, find a blind ronin engaged in an argument. Talk to him and accept his request to guide him home.
2. Guide the Blind Stranger
After accepting his request, guide him to the blue bells and hear his story about his ill wife. He will lose track of where you are midway and ask you so find a pile of rocks, which you can easily see from a distance right past the blue bell.
Lead him there, then follow him to a clearing.
3. Defeat the Ronin's Accomplice
The man the ronoin was arguing with earlier will enter the scene, and itt will be revealed that you have been set up for a trap. Defeat the ronins to find out that they tried to caim the bounty on your head to cure the sick wife.
You will ultimately show mercy and let them go, netting you the Charm of Venomous Cloud and concluding the quest!

How to Unlock The Blind Stranger
Go to Nakajima Sake House and Talk to the Ronin
Nakajima Sake House is located north of Sarobetsu Lake. Once there, go inside and speak to the ronin.
