1. Speak to the Wounded Matsumae in the Cave
Go to the Moiwa Grotto, located to the west of Huranui's Rest Inn, and spot a gap in the rocks under a a fallen tree. Squeeze through and enter the cave to find two Matsumae soldiers, one of which is wounded.
Speak to them and they'll ask you to buy some medicine from the herbalist at an inn nearby.
2. Talk to the Settler and Get Some Medicine
| 2.1 |  Go to Huranui's Rest Inn by heading east from Moiwa Grotto. |

| 2.2 |  Head inside the inn and speak with the settler to get the medicine after a conversation with Chuta. |
3. Defeat Chuta and Save the Matsumae
Return to the grotto and you will be stopped by Chuta. Defeat him and he'll reveal that he isn't actually a bounty hunter but a desperate bandit. Atsu will choose to spare him. Enter the cave and and give the Matsumae the medicine for your reward.

Speak with the wounded Matsumae inside the Moiwa Grotto, located east of the Huranui's Rest Inn.
