1. Acquire and Equip All 5 of Takezo's Charms

To begin, make sure you have acquired all 5 of Takezo's Charms and equip them. You can get these charms by completing the previous quest, Takezo the Unrivaled.
Once you have them equipped, make your ascent to the top of Mount Yotei.
2. Ascend to the Summit of Mount Yotei
While the climb to Mount Yotei's summit is a lengthy one, it's pretty straightforward. Use everything in your arsenal, from your tools like your grappling hook to your expertise in climbing such as maneuvering in slopes to climb to the top.
Be sure to pay respects to the shrine at the summit to acquire the Charm of the Mother and the Father. Afterwards, wait by the campfire for Takezo.
3. Defeat Takezo the Unrivaled
Your final task is to defeat Takezo the Unrivaled. Even with all of the charms equipped, dueling him the second time will be no easy feat. Feel free to customize your build according to your gameplay to have an easier time.
Most of Takezo's attacks can kill you in one or two hits if you're not careful. It is imperative that you opt for defense instead of offense. Dodge the red glint attacks, and block and parry constantly to stay as safe as possible.
