The Yari, due to its limited defense options against weapons that can easily get in close, is countered by the Dual Katanas. The Dual Katanas are versatile enough to both parry the Yari and close in quickly given its fast attacks.

The Yari are traditional straight-headed spears that allow having longer reach during combat. They excel at dealing with sickle-wielding enemies. Its moveset focuses on swift sweeps, lethal stabs, and elevating yourself with the shaft.
