How to Use Photo Mode
Press the Controller's Right D-Pad
To access Photo Mode press on the controller's Right D-Pad. This should bring up the UI, to let you adjust the settings of your shot.
Adjust Your Photo Settings
From this menu you can adjust a variety of things to take the perfect shot. Do this by selecting what you want to adjust by scrolling through the list.
Hide the UI and Take a Screenshot
To take the photo hide the UI by pressing the triangle button and taking a screenshot. This will save the image to your device's gallery.
Photo Mode Tips
Play Around and Adjust All Available Settings
This game offers a very comprehensive way of adjusting the camera, the weather, the character, the environment, and more. Don't be afraid to test out different things and situations to get the best shot. If something doesn't work out, look into the setting to see what you can change to correct it.

There are new settings added to the Photo Mode on Version 1.100.000, which should give you a lot more options when trying to capture the best sceneries and moments in the game.

Take Photos While Battling or When Passive Through a Scenic Area
Take photos of enemy encounters. Using Photo Mode in the middle of a battle pauses the scene. Giving you a chance to to take a more dramatic image.
