1. Take Bloody String Hachibee's Bounty Quest
Outside of the Ishikari Market, there is a bounty board alongside Kojiro the Bounty Broker. Interact with the bounty board and take Bloody String Hachibee's bounty alongside other bounties posted there.
2. Navigate Your Way to Stone Jaw Coast
Stone Jaw Coast is located northwest of the Ishikari Market. You can select Bloody String Hachibee's bounty on the map to track it and the guiding wind will point you to the location.
3. Play the Shamisen to Identify Hachibee
Once you are near Stone Jaw Coast, continue roaming around until you see a caravan full of people. Talk to the caravan leader and he suggests that Hachibee hates the shamisen. Play your shamisen and roam around the caravan to identify him.
4. Defeat All the Ronins
Hachibee will eventually show himself among the crowd and states that he hates your song. You will initiate the fight with all the ronins there including Hachibee will fight you. Eliminate them and the bounty is done. Return to Kojiro the Bounty Broker to claim your reward.
Bloody Strings Hachibee Location
A Caravan Slightly Northeast of South Jaw Coast
You will find Hachibee inside a caravan near South Jaw Coast. Inside the caravan, you will be tasked to identify him using the shamisen. He should be in the leftmost group of people after talking to the caravan leader.
