1. Meet Ginji Near Oyobe River
After speaking with Ginji in Matsumae Residences, meet him to the south of Oyobe River by a small bridge and accept the job he asks you to do. He'll hide you in one his barrels for you to get inside the Joyo Tea House.
2. Defeat All of Saito's Men
Clear the area of the Dragon's soldiers either by stealthily assassinating them one by one or by confronting and defeating them all in open combat.
3. Find Ginji and Equip the Armor
Enter the house and kill the soldier inside. Climb the ladder to the second floor and take out another soldier. Free Ginji, then search the barrels to find his armor (Ginji's Guard Armor).
After a cutscene, Atsu puts on the armor and steps outside to face a group of riflemen. This section serves as a tutorial for the armor’s abilities, which basically allows you to deflect bullets by holding the block button. Defeat all enemies to end the tale.

How to Unlock Pride Before Tea
Talk to Ginji at Benten Port
Head to Oshima Coast and talk to Ginji at Benten Port to get the quest. You can also upgrade your armor from him before starting with the quest.
