Talk to the Bar Maiden in Termina (Home World) with Viper in the Party

If you talk to the bartender in Termina (Home World) with Viper in your party, she'll unlock the back room for you. Enter the back room and check the wall to her left, revealing a secret room with a blue tapestry on the wall. Examine this to receive Dragoon's Glory as well as Flag Bearer, Viper's Level 7 Tech Skill.

Does the Duplication Glitch Still Work?

In the original Chrono Cross for the PS1, there was a duplication glitch that allowed you to exit and enter the room again to get an infinite amount of Dragoon's Glory. Based on our testing, this glitch is no longer effective and you'll only be able to aquire the accessory once.
