Upon the release of Version 2.1, Miasmic Fiend Unfathomable has been unlocked as a boss in different challenges such as Hollow Zero's Task Force Investigation and the Simulated Battle Trial's Endless Tower Glory.

Use Rupture Characters
The Miasmic Fiend Unfathomable, much like the Miasma Priest or any other Miasmic enemy, relies on Miasma shields, which can be bypassed effectively by Rupture Agents.
Be sure to bring Rupture Agents in this battle to make for a faster and easier battle. Shredding its shield completely will purify it, leading to substantial DMG and Daze!

Draw the Red Circle to Miasma Pools
At a certain point in the battle, the Miasmic Fiend will launch Miasma attacks that hit in an AoE denoted by a red circle on the ground. This circle will follow you, then an overhead attack will quickly slam down on you.
Lure this circle on top of the Miasma Pools to clear them out and make the battlefield less hostile.
Bring Characters That Can Heal

While there aren't many characters in ZZZ that can heal yet, both Pan Yinhu and Astra have healing capabilities that can help negate whatever DMG you may receive, may it be from getting hit by the Fiend's attacks or from Miasma Corruption.
It would be wise to have them in your party, especially considering that they can also contribute to your overall DMG output!
Where to Fight Miasmic Fiend - Unfathomable
Can be Encountered in Endless Tower Glory
The Miasmic Fiend Unfathomable can be encountered in the Simulated Battle Trial mode, Endless Tower Glory.
Can be Encountered in Task Force Investigation
Additionally, as of Version 2.1, Miasmic Fiend Unfathomable can be fought in the new and revamped Task Force Investigation in Hollow Zero's Lost Void.
