The Lucky Charm commission unlocks after reaching Restoration Lv. 25 of the Suibian Temple and completing the Wishful Aspirations, Future Prospects quest.

Lumite Ore Puzzle Solution
To modify the shape of the Lumite Ore, you need to move all of the A, B, C, D, E, and F Circles to make the line in between them hit the 1, 2, 3, and 4 Circles in order. The unmarked circles can be passed through in any order.
A should be to the left of 1, and B to the far right of 2. C should be to the far left of 3. D should be just above 4, and E should be right beside 2. Finally, F should be southwest of A, just west of the unmarked point.

Find the Client
Speak to the Sickly Woman by the cable car to Lemnian Hollow in Failume Heights. She will tell you that her father, Grandpa Sun, went into the Hollow alone for an unknown reason.
She will then ask you to speak to the aunties and uncles next door as they might have a better idea of why he would go into the Hollow and where.
Speak to the Auntie Next Door
The Auntie Next Door is located by the benches on the veranda beside the cable car that overlooks the Lemnian Hollow.
She will give you a lucky charm to give Grandpa Sun when you find him, but other than that, she has no idea where he might have gone.
Speak to the Uncle Next Door
Try the Uncle Next Door next, who is located in front of the vending machine in the alleyway behind the Check Inn hotel. He will reveal that he was the one who told Grandpa Sun where to go in the Hollow.
Find Grandpa Sun
Grandpa Sun is located in the Former Research Center in the Lemnian Hollow. Teleport to the Fissure Beacon closest to his location, then speak to him.
He's looking for a palm-sized, bovine-shaped lumite ore said to control fate itself. Go ahead and find it for him.
Find the Oddly-Shaped Lumite Ore
The lumite ore is not far from your location. Go down the flight of stairs and exit the building. It should be right outside.
Report Back to Grandpa Sun
Return to Grandpa Sun and show him what you found. He will tell you that it's not the lumite ore he's been searching for and that the one you found is indeed bovine-shaped but lacks horns.
Continue finding the lumite ore he's looking for.
Find the Horned Oddly-Shaped Lumite Ore
This lumite ore is located to the west of the Former Research Center. Teleport to the nearest Fissure Beacon, follow the path, defeat the enemies along the way, and then enter the building.
Go down the flight of stairs, then proceed through the long hallway and into the abandoned research office. The lumite ore is right at the end of the hallway.
Report Back to Grandpa Sun Again
Return to Grandpa Sun and show him your findings only to learn that it is, once again, not the lumite ore he's been searching for. Fairy will then suggest that you use the techniques taught to you by Yixuan to modify the ore's shape.
Modify the Lumite Ore's Shape
Use Ether Tuning to modify the lumite ore's shape to Grandpa Sun's preference.
Report Back to Grandpa Sun for the Last Time
Return to Grandpa Sun once more and show him the lumite ore, which he will be satisfied with. He will then open up about his past as a trusted diviner and that he wanted his daughter to see that her old man used to be someone.
He'll tell you to tell his daughter not to worry and that he'll return to the city soon.
Report Back to the Sickly Woman
Return to the client and report what happened in the Hollow with Grandpa Sun. This should complete the commission!
