Reach Restoration Lv. 35 in Suibian Temple
The Memory Shard commission unlocks after reaching Restoration Lv. 35 of the Suibian Temple and completing the Departing Bird, Returning Clouds quest.
Ether Tuning Puzzle Guide
Cargo Truck Puzzle Solution
To open up the Cargo Truck, you need to move all of the A, B, C, D, and E Circles to make the line in between them hit the 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 Circles in order.
Drag Point A all the way to the right, near Point 1. Point B should be just southwest of Point 2, and Point C should be a little northwest of Point 3. Point D should be a little southeast of Point 4, and Point E should be directly west of Point 5.
Client Condition Puzzle Guide
Simply make a shape that resembles an oval. Drag Point A right to the left of Point 1, then Point B directly to the right of Point 2, and Point C directly to the right of Point 3.
Point D should be south of Point 4. Drag Point E directly to the left of Point 5. Finally, drag Point F south of Point 6.

Find the Client
Teleport to the Former Research Center in the Lemnian Hollow and find a Dazed Man. He will introduce himself as Tequila Full Moon of the Defense Force and will ask for your aid in completing a mission.
The first objective: find a Cargo Truck.
Find the Strange Cargo Truck
The Cargo Truck is located not far from your current position. Simply make your way north and look to the right the moment you enter the first building you encounter.
It should be behind an obstacle you can remove using the Revelation technique. Interact with the truck and discuss things over with Tequila Full Moon, who will ask you to unlock the truck.
Unlock the Strange Cargo Truck
Harmonize the Ether of the Cargo Truck as shown above to unlock it, then peruse its contents. You will find Tequila Full Moon's belongings, including an ID revealing that he is an HIA Investigator named Chen the Fourth.
Despite this, he doesn't have any recollection of being Chen the Fourth. Upon checking the Ether in his body, you will determine that something is wrong, so proceed to stabilize his condition.
Improve the Client's Condition
Harmonize the Ether in the client's body to relieve him of any miasmic corruption and restore his memories. This should complete the quest!
