When fighting the Abyssal Enforcer, he will use a mix of attacks that will either have a gold attack cue or a red attack cue, the latter of which can only be dodged and cannot be negated with an Assist.
For this reason, it's best to respond according to cue you see. Use your Dodge Counters when you see the red cues, and use Defensive Assists when you see the gold ones to knock the Enforcer off-balance.
How to Do Perfect and Quick Assists

After rendering the Abyssal Enforcer vulnerable after successfully dodging and countering certain attacks, he will be open to attack opportunities... with a catch. As you proceed with your attack strings, he will block and then follow up with his own counterattack.
There will be a prominent clanking metal sound and a visible blocking animation from the Enforcer. When you see this, keep in mind that the following counterattack has a gold cue, so use a Defensive Assist to knock him right back!

Another useful way to negate DMG, especially from the Abyssal Enforcer's unblockable red-cued attacks, is by using your characters' EX Special Attacks.
Most EX Special Attacks render your characters invulnerable as they do them, so when you have enough Energy, and you see an unblockable attack, spare no effort and use your EX Special Attack to phase through it!
The Abyssal Enforcer does not drop any rewards when defeated since it's not featured in any Combat Simulation or Expert Challenge stages yet. We will update this section if it changes in the future!
