During a bustling day in Random Play, you and your sibling recall Caesar's invitation for the Settlement Days.

Upon your sibling's offer, head to Blazewood and talk to Lighter to learn more about the Settlement Days.

Challenge Lighter to a Nitro-Fuel Drink-Off

After completing the conversation, meet up with Lighter at Steeltusk. However, few Nitro-Fuel are left since many people have also bought it.

Collect Nitro-Fuel from the Upper and Lower Level of Blazewood and resume your drink-off with Lighter after.

After Lighter receives the issued challenge against him, purchase Nitro-Fuel Raffle Tickets for Lighter's match at Blazewood's Lower Level.
