Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!
Seth Trust Events and Best Answers
The Perennial Blooms trust commission can be unlocked after sending Seth an invite. Choosing the I decided that you should pick where option will start the commission.
Selecting the Let's go for a riverside walk! will start the Whispering River Breeze commission instead.
Whispering River Breeze Quest Guide
After you let Seth pick where you want to hang out, go meet up with him at the Dew Gardening Shop in Lumina Square. The Dew Gardening Shop is a flower shop near the Coff Cafe and Eve's News Stand.
