Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!
Seth Trust Events and Best Answers
The Whispering River Breeze trust commission can be unlocked after sending Seth an invite. Choosing the Let's go for a riverside walk! option will start the commission.
Selecting the I decided that you should pick where will start the Perennial Blooms commission instead.
Meet up with Seth at the riverside trail in Lumina Square. Seth can be seen standing in the playground and staring into the river.

The dialogue choice, Brothers are still brothers, no matter how much they fight., will give a Significant Trust Increase.
Completing the Whispering River Breeze trust commission will reward you with a Trust Increase with Seth.
