How to Reach a Service Rating of 5,000 in General Affairs

Tin Master	Accept: All right, your application is accepted.
Confused Man	Accept: Documents approved!
Obsessed Man	Reject: The reason for the application and the qualifications do not meet our requirements.
Burnice	Green - Traffic Department: I'll send them to the Traffic Department right away. Accept: All the documents are here. Application accepted.
Little Lord	Reject: You cannot hold events in a dangerous location.
Hesitant Man	Accept: Sure. Do you want to record it?
Confident Lady	Reject: You can't use someone else's photo to apply.

Note that for Burnice, she will have two requests, which will count for two separate scores.

General Affairs Stage Information

General Affairs Work Handbook

The General Affairs Handbook is a combination of all the recent handbooks used in the earlier days of the Daily Life of a PubSec Officer's event.

Those handbooks are the Citizen Card Application, Event Venue Rental, Hollow Entry Permit, and Public Security Complaints.

Hollow Entry Permit Work Handbook

• Independent investigators must carry an HIA disclosure letter to obtain Hollow Entry Permits.
• Non-HIA related matters require a case record from Public Security.
• A participant list and an Ether adaptability report must be provided for matters not related to the HIA.
• Under special circumstances, Public Security has the right to reject applications for a Hollow Entry Permit.

Event Venue Rental Work Handbook

• To apply for a venue to host an event, EPA application materials signed by the venue manager are required.
• When submitting EPA application materials to Public Security, the event's theme and location must be provided.
• Event themes and venue arrangements must be appropriate and lawful, and dangerous areas cannot be used.
• If the event theme or venue is unsuitable, Public Security has the right to reject the application.

Citizen Card Application Work Handbook

• Ridu citizen cards serve as IDs for human, Thiren, and intelligent construct citizens.
• The ID must be processed by the individual or an agent with a citizen-signed authorization letter.
• To issue the document, the document holder's proof of identity is required.
• When processing the document, you must provide a recent photograph of the document holder.

Public Security Complaints Work Handbook

• The General Affairs department must help citizens submit documents to the appropriate department according to the nature of the matter.
• For issues related to the Hollows, such as Hollow rescue or disaster alerts, please contact the Hollow Affairs department.
• For any traffic-related issues, including vehicle violations and traffic document handling, contact the Traffic Department.
• Any other general violations and daily order issues are primarily managed by the General Affairs department.

Note that for the General Affairs event stage, you will be able to use Qingyi's, Zhu Yuan's, Conrad's, and Seth's supports. You can only use each of their own abilities twice, so use it wisely!

2. Take the Citizen Card
3. Give the Citizen Card to Granny

Wait for Amy to Deal With Geneal Affairs

Go to the Public Security Office and wait for Amy to deal with the General Affairs. The POV will switch to Amy's, and the General Affairs event stage will start.

Take the Citizen Card

After completing all 8 applicants from the event stage, Amy will give you the citizen card you registered for.

Give the Citizen Card to Granny

Give the citizen card to Granny near the parking lot at Lumina Square. She can be seen with Burnice and Caesar. Once you talk to Granny, a special event will occur.

After talking to Granny, Bunice, and Caesar, a post-event message from Qingyi will notify you. She will ask why someone would visit the Public Security Office on a daily basis.
