Nekomata's Promise is a Trust Commission for Nekomata that is available in the morning, afternoon, or evening. This commission unlocks after reaching the Friendly trust rank with Nekomata.
As this is a videotape request, note that Nekomata's Promise cannot be replayed once you finish it.

Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!
Nekomata Trust Event and Best Answers
Once you reach Friendly Rank with Nekomata, she will DM you asking to borrow a movie. After this, meet up with Nekomata inside the video store to start the commission.
Nekomata Guide and Best Builds
To start the commission, you have to answer Nekomata's DM, she will ask if you have the movie, Raiders of the Hollow 4.
If you have your video store at Level 6, this movie is already available. If not, this requires Inter-Knot Level 40 and completion of Black Dance Shoes/Battle Waltz. Nekomata will message again once you have the video.
The event will happen the day after the DM. You can freely do other commissions first during this day to pass the time.
Nekomata will be available to meet when you wake up the next morning. Head downstairs and find Nekomata near the Video Archive.
Talk to her and ask to watch Raiders of the Hollow 4 together. After this, the Trust Commission will be complete.

The dialogue choices you make in Nekomata's Promise don't matter.
After completing Nekomata's Promise Commission, she is now able to promote the Video Store. You'll also receive 12,500 Denny.
