After accepting the commission from the Inter-Knot, head inside the the Video Archive and Staff room in Random Play to start the commission.

To complete the commission, you need to beat two waves of Elite and Boss enemies with high HP. Keep calm and avoid the enemies' attacks with Perfect Dodges and Perfect Assists.

You can take your time with evading and attacking since the only S-rank requirement is to finish the stage with no defeated agents in your party.
