Note that you will encounter multiple waves of enemies on this commission and a bunch of them are tough to beat, so always be ready.

Access the HDD inside the Random Play video store, start the Hollow Stage, go over the event log, and rescue Bagboo.

Upon entering the Hollow Stage, go to the big area and defeat all the enemies that will spawn around you. After defeating them, go into the fissure to continue through the Hollow.

Rescue Bagboo in the Hollow

Rescue Bagboo in the Hollow

Once out of the Fissure, defeat the last two waves of enemies and you will be able to rescue Bagboo afterwards.

You can earn an S Rank for the Hollow Stage by completing it without having your whole team's HP below 30%.

Go Back to the Remodeling Shop

Go back to the Remodeling Shop on Sixth Street and check on Bagboo. Enzo will also check on Bagboo shortly after.

Talking to Bagboo here will make it remember its memories, thus completing the commission.
