Finally Rented Out is a Trust Commission for Qingyi. This quest needs you to rent out The Ridu Tour to Qingyi and will let her promote the Video Store.

Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!
Qingyi Trust Events and Best Answers
Once you've reached the Friendly trust rank with Qingyi after doing The Last 1%, you'll receive this commission on the schedule the next morning.
Read Qingyi's DM requesting for The Ridu Tour. This tape should be available early on so you can get the follow-up message fairly quickly.
Video Store Guide and Movie Recommendations
Once you respond to Qingyi about the tape, you'll find her inside Random Play. Talk to her to watch the videotape and complete the commission after the cutscene.
The dialogue choices you make in Finally Rented Out don't matter as this is only a videotape commission.
After completing Finally Rented Out, Qingyi can now promote the video store. You'll also get 12500 Denny.
