Once you build enough trust with Qingyi to raise it to Friendly, this commission will appear on the schedule the morning after.

  3. Take the Crashed Qingyi Back to the Precinct

Upon receiving the commission, head to the Metro on Sixth Street to find Qingyi. Chat with her to find out her battery's almost drained.

Take Qingyi Onto the Metro

The Last 1% Take Qingyi to Metro

After chatting with Qingyi, go to the Metro and interact with the Metro Station to take Qingyi back to Lumina Square.

Take the Crashed Qingyi Back to the Precinct

The Last 1% Take Qingyi to Precinct

Once you reach Lumina Square, head to the NEPS precinct and watch the cutscene to end the commission.
