To begin the commission, find Mei in Lumina Square, she's near the Lumina Tower and is surrounded by Bangboos. Approach her and talk to the Bangboos.

Take A Picture of Mei with the Bangboos

Mei will ask for you to take a picture of her with the Bangboos. Whip out your camera and take a photo of them.

Return to Mei and give her the photo you just took. The commission ends here.
