Talk to Ellis
To begin the commission, you need to find Ellis. He wiill be sitting in front of the Waterfall Soup Noodle Shop. Talk to him and you will receive an HIA Commemorative Coin.

Find the Talking Trash Can

Find the Talking Trash Can

Your next objective is to find the talking trash can. Head over to the far end of that road, just beside 141 Convenience Store, and you will find the talking trash can as it is also marked.

Approach the trash can and talk to it, it will ask for an HIA Commemorative Coin. Give it the coin you received from Ellis and the Trash Can will provide you rewards for it.

Return to Ellis

Return to Ellis

Return back to Ellis at the Waterfall Soup and report what happened. The commission ends after your conversatkon with Ellis.
