The Hollows bank is a hidden city commission that you can unlock after finding four Lost Items from the Old Capital in Hollow Zero.
How to Unlock The Hollows Bank
Find Four Lost Items in Hollow Zero
The Hollows Bank commission can be unlocked once you find four Lost Items in Hollow Zero. The Lost Items randomly spawn inside Hollow Zero.

Lost items are collected from Secret Path tiles in Hollow Zero, and you can get up to 3 items per day. You do not need to complete Hollow Zero stages to obtain Lost Items as quitting lets you keep them.
We recommend loading up a stage like Old Capital Metro: Frontline or Interior, checking if a Secret Path tile is present, and exiting and reloading the stage again until the Secret Path tile is present.

- Find Carol on Sixth Street
- Make A Call to the Guardian
- Ask Heddy to Keep Carol's Guardian Occupied
- Kick the Trash Can
- Find Carol in Lumina Square
Find Carol on Sixth Street
To start the commission, you will have to find Carol on Sixth Street.
Carol is found just outside Random Play with the moniker Wandering Girl above her head. Talk to this girl and begin the quest.
Make A Call to the Guardian
Head to the nearest payphone and make a call to Carol's guardian.
There are many payphones in Sixth Street but the one you need to go to will be marked by a star, follow it.
Ask Heddy to Keep Carol's Guardian Occupied
Calling the guardian via the phone will have her appear beside you. Your next objective is to find Heddy and ask her to keep Carol's guardian occupied.
Heddy can be found standing beside the Noodle Shop.
Kick the Trash Can
While the guardian is preoccupied, follow the quest marker leading into a trash can nearby. Kick the trash can so that the guardian will notice.
Find Carol in Lumina Square
After the guardian leaves, return to Carol and report what happened. Carol can be found in Lumina Square. You can choose to fast travel here by clicking the Sage in a Barrel fast travel point in the menu, as she is just near it.
After a quick tour to Scott's Outpost and a few chats with Carol, the commission will be completed.
