Let's Meet Up at the Cinema is a Trust Commission for Lycaon. This a repeatable commission and can be available from morning, afternoon, and evening only.

Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!
Lycaon Trust Event and Best Answers
You can send an invite to Lycaon on the Inter-Knot to unlock this commission. He will ask you where to go and you'll have an option to pick Lumina Square or Gravity Cinema.
Choose to go to Gravity Cinema for this commission. You'll also get to choose between morning, afternoon, or evening on when the commission will take place.
Lycaon will have you decide on where you want to meet, you should pick Gravity Cinema as your reply. After this, decide on the time of the visit. Choosing this option will initiate the Let's Meet Up at the Cinema commission.
Alternatively, picking Lumina Square will trigger the Fluffy Accident commission.
Fast travel to the cinema and meet Lycaon. Spend time with him to finish the commission.

Based on our observations, picking the 2nd and 3rd movies give an additional trust increase with Lycaon. We chose the dialogue options that are in bold and gained significant Trust Level increase after spending time with Lycaon.
After completing the commission, you will have Lycaon's Trust Level increased. This is the only reward for this commission.
