Have a High Trust Level with Lycaon
To unlock this commission, the Proxy must have a high trust level with Lycaon and this commission will randomly unlock once you message Lycaon.

Have Lycaon Visit You
Lycaon will have you decide on where you want to meet, you should ask him to come hang out at your place. After this, decide on the time of the visit.
Choosing this option will initiate the Attendant's Visit commission.
Meet Lycaon Inside Random Play
Fast travel to the video store and meet Lycaon. Spend time with him to finish the commission.
If you are inside the video store when you received the DM, it is recommended to go outside and then head in again to spawn Lycaon.

Choose the dialogue options that are in bold to gain significant Trust Level increase after spending time with Lycaon.
Additionally, picking the first option when Lycaon asks you to accept his offer will have a Trust increase as well.
