Contact: Size Control is under the Contact with the Stars commission can be unlocked from the memo book at Random Play video store. The memo book is located just beside the Video Archive.

After unlocking the commission from the memo book, go meet Venus at Coff Cafe in Sixth Street to talk about the commission details. The commission will become accessible in the HDD afterwards.

Access the HDD in the Random Play video store to start and complete the commission within the time limit of one minute and thirty seconds. You can also gain an additional five seconds for each enemy you defeat.
