For the F2P characters, Billy, Anby, and Nicole are a good team to finish this Rally Commission. Anby and Nicole will be responsible for close combat with their heavy damage while Billy is a great palette swap for whenever surrounded.

Bagboo buffs your chain attacks significantly, and it also attacks with physical damage against enemies.

For premium characters, recommended ones are Lycaon, Soukaku, and Ellen due to them being all Ice attributes, which is one of the recommended elements to bring in this Rally commission. Lycaon and Soukaku both have good chain attacks, and Ellen can increase her Ice DMG if there are other Ice units in her party.

Sharkboo is a great option for this team due to one of its abilities that buffs its chain attack by a huge amount when you have two or more Ice attribute characters in your team.

How to Beat Operation - Purge, Phase 1

  1. Defeat the First Wave of Enemies
  2. Charge Through the Second Area.
  3. Sweep the Third Area
  4. Battle the Strong Enemy
  5. Head Out of the Area
  6. Defeat the Final Boss

Defeat the First Wave of Enemies

First Wave of Enemies

This part is easy since you will be accompanied by Sergeant Daryl and his team in this fight. Head towards the first area with enemies and clear out the place.

Charge Through the Second Area

Take the elevator and go to the next area. You will not be with Sergeant Daryl's team anymore and will be fighting on your own.

There will be a total of two waves of enemies in this area. You can defeat the enemies here by dodging and attacking.

Sweep the Third Area

Third Area

After defeating the enemies in the former area, head towards the room barred by a laser. Deactivate it and talk to the Security personnel. He will accompany you and will lead you to the third area.

This third area is a long hallway with two strong waves of enemies as you venture through. Be mindful of your surroundings as these enemies may spawn behind you.

Battle the Strong Enemy

Battle the Strong Enemy

After clearing out the hallway, head towards where the security personnel are and talk to them, they will be accompanying you again to fight a strong enemy. Head towards the room where the enemy is.

This enemy has a huge shield and thus attacking it from the front will only cause small damage. It is best that you move around by dashing and attacking it from behind.

Head Out of the Area

Defeat the Five Waves

After the battle with the strong enemy, you can head out of the area via a fissure that will appear in the next room. You will return to the entrance of the facility.

Your next destination will be marked in the overworld. You will head to a small closed-off area where you will battle against five waves of enemy. It will be helpful if you can freeze the enemies as they will be immobile and you can attack them freely.

The Battle is Timebound

This battle is timebound and you must defeat the waves of enemies within 2 minutes and 30 seconds to finish this.

Defeat the Final Boss

Final Boss

After completing the challenge from the last area, a fissure will appear. Enter it and you will be inside the facility once more to defeat the final boss.

Head to the control room and the final boss will be waiting for you. This boss has a very high HP and a wide range of attacks. Use your stored decibels, if you have any, and do not hold back. After this, the commission will be completed.
