Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!
Anby Trust Event and Best Answers
The Commission appears when Anby is about to rank up her Trust Level to Trusted with the Proxy.
The Commission will appear in the schedule and can be selected.
Accept the commission via the Schedule first thing in the morning. The Commission will only appear if Anby's trust level with you is about to rank up to Trusted.
Head downstairs to find Anby talking to a girl. They are at the movie shelves near the counter.
Talk to both Anby and the girl to finish the commission.

The dialogue choices you make in Upgrade - People Who Love Movies Aren't Bad People don't matter as all will increase trust.
Completing Upgrade - People Who Love Movies Aren't Bad People will upgrade Anby's trust level from Close to Trusted. You will also unlock the Movie Lovers Can't be Bad Guys Achievement!
How to Increase Agent Trust Level
Having Anby's trust level upgraded to Trusted will unlock her Dynamic Wallpaper, one you can display or change in the main menu.
