As this ranks up trust, Upgrade - Precious Document Trust Commission cannot be replayed once you finish it.

Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!
Anby Trust Event and Best Answers
Increase Trust with Anby near the Close rank to receive a DM from Anby to raise the trust rank.
The Trust Commission will show up in your schedule in the morning while progressing through Chapter 3, so always check your schedules after every in-game day.
Go talk to Anby in the alley behind the Godfinger Arcade about the Trust Commission, which will also start the commission.
You have to search the dumpster near Anby to find Billy's lost document to Nicole.
Report back to Anby what you found in the dumpster and after the conversation, the commission is complete.

The dialogue choices you make in Upgrade - Precious Document don't matter as all will increase trust.
After completing the Upgrade - Precious Document Trust Commission, Anby's Trust level will increase significantly and become Close.
