For most of the commission, you only need to follow the guide, Ollie, who is the man with the glasses. You need to go with him to the end of the map while defeating any enemies along the way.

Reach the End of the Survey Route Together With the Guide

Continue following the Guide until you reach the end. Nearly all the chests and Observation Data can easily be picked up along the way.

Get the Gold Chest to the Left of the Button

One of the gold chests is hidden. This can be found near around the area with the cannons and is to the left of the button.

Defeat the Strong Ethereals

Upon reaching the end, defeat the enemy at the end and watch the cutscenes to finish the commission.
