Yes! That is a very good team for Ellen! Rina is just a good support overall and Soukaku boosts Ice DMG I think. Sooo yeah! Good team!
I believe she'll still be one of those meta characters, Seele's just not picked anymore because it's been forever since she had a rerun
additional note: You should add an explanation that the 3rd swing of EX Special Attack Combo is only doable if you have at least 80 energy (saving 2 EX attacks)
The EX Special Attack Combo guide is confusing. The description says hold the EX button but the video shows the EX button being pressed repeatedly
A better comparison is a game like HI3, simply due to Star Rail's powercreep coming from a unit like SW that bypasses elements (but still enabled mono quantum which is Seele's element), and units like FireFly and Acheron bypassing natural enemy weaknesses. Jingyuan was buffed by the release of Sparkle, Topaz, and Robin. You can still clear endgame content with those characters, your point is moot. Likewise, this game is elemental buildup based, so there's more value for mono teams.

Ellen's core skill in the stat priority says Rina instead of Ellen. "Rina's Core Skill increases the CRIT DMG buff, which increases her overall damage."
