Correction: Ellen will be powercrept for the third time. I forgot about Hugo lmao. Ellen's position right now is actually even worse.
Stop the cope little bro, It's been months already. Ellen doing 3x more dps after her buff means nothing when 3x0=0. When Yidhari releases Ellen will be powercrept and replaced for the second time in a row. No amount of "muh skill" can make up for the fact that the devs are continuously HP bloating endgame thus making it harder. Nobody cares if you think she's gReAt in HIA material stages. In endgame she is a brick. Even more so with the anti-Ice bosses they keep making.
the last 3 of you saying she is weak even after the amazing buff... i fear that this is a you problem, lol. playing with ellen is much more fun now and she does almost 3x as much damage as she did before for me... and i'm a f2p player, mind you! if she is weak, you can't blame it on her being clunky anymore. that's an issue on YOUR end only. just fix her build, change her w-engine, and upgrade her skills. a character is great only if YOU make them so.

The buffs didn't really move the needle much on her after all. She still feels weak in end game...
I am happy Ellen's dash attack has a special Ice block function aside blocking bullet skills. She almost like swimming on air when auto evade.

Ellen's updated skills has more swifter moves than before.
This guide is so outdated. It ignores new attack W-Engines that have been introduced since launch.
She got powercrept into oblivion by Miyabi. Even if Miyabi didn't exist Ellen would still be in a bad spot because of how clunky her stacks are and how every other dps just simply performs better. My GOAT truly is washed...
Compared to other new SSR characters she is very weak. At the start of the game she was decent but now she is a waste of pulls if you want to have strong character. Her only pros is her apperance and "story"
Hard to believe she was once the best character in the whole game... she's fallen off hard with the newer enemies
It is very hard (nearly impossible) to build her stacks while fingting with fast enemies like "balleriene" or group of enemies. Her stack building combo is very easy to interrupt. Without stacks she is turbo weak.
