Compared to other new SSR characters she is very weak. At the start of the game she was decent but now she is a waste of pulls if you want to have strong character. Her only pros is her apperance and "story"
Hard to believe she was once the best character in the whole game... she's fallen off hard with the newer enemies
It is very hard (nearly impossible) to build her stacks while fingting with fast enemies like "balleriene" or group of enemies. Her stack building combo is very easy to interrupt. Without stacks she is turbo weak.

Guys, the first banner character of every single gacha game ever to exist gets powercrept, wouldnt it be boring if they didnt? Imagine releasing the best character youll ever release in the game as your first character, what if Miyabi was the first banner and never got powercrept? Yall know how boring that would be lmao

well miyabi is actually a regular dps so i think thats why she got demoted like ellens good but miyabis so much stronger
There is no reason for her to be tier 1. Miyabi may be stronger, but that doesn't make Ellen weak or unnecessary. Miyabi is an anomaly-focused character; if enemies resist anomaly buildup, Ellen excels. Even though anomaly isn't her main damage, her team is key, having 2 nerfed chars in that situation. Even without this, Ellen rivals or outshines other chars on tier 0. Being the only element rep, like Zhu Yuan(just an example), doesn't justify it.
Ellen is still Tier 0, she is will always be a very strong Ice attacker
