Look like all limited character are tier 0... All Standard banner character are all shit (except Lycaon for now) what a shit game No doubt this game is a PW2 game. Powercreep be like:
This tier list seems relatively accurate with the exception of Soldier 11. She hasn’t been power crept yet, so she should be considered tier 1. She is an indispensable finisher in Shiyu for fire weak content, similar to how Zhu Yuan is an indispensable finisher for ether weak content. They both deal high damage and higher stun damage and are the only Attackers of their element. As for no other Obol faction members? There are no other HSO6 members but that doesn’t impact Soukaku’s ranking
Only about 10+ seconds, an m6 limited dps with dolphin supports can clear in about 10+ seconds and A rank dps with dolphin supports can clear in 20+ seconds
