The BGM will most likely be accessibile in the Main Menu, given its apperance looking very similar to the style of the game's menu.

Persona 3 Reload - Running in Tartarus

The new tracks in the game are expected to be playable during various parts of the game, so long as you set them accordingly. A certain track can be played depending on the situation, such as battling a Shadow, exploring Tartarus, or perhaps even during daily activites in the day.

This is not the first time Persona 3 can change the BGM. In Persona 3 Fes and Persona 3 Portable, players can change the background music that can be played while exploring Tartarus after Fuuka becomes the main Operator for S.E.E.S. as Mitsuru returns to the frontlines.
