Dead Moon's Husk is acquirable from the Monad Doors that appear in Adamah Block.
Adamah Block consists of two layers: the lower portion which consists of 227F-256F and the upper portion which consists of 257F - 264F.

Dead Moon's Husk is one of the three nihil material that lets you create the ultimate equipment in the game which are the best weapons, armor and accessories in the game!
Note that you will also need heart items to make these equipment.
You can fuse a Dead Moon's Husk equipment in Mayoido Antiques when you unlock it on 7/18 and get the Dead Moon's Husk on Adamah Monad Doors.
