Nihil Black Model is acquirable from the Monad Doors that appear in Adamah Block.
Adamah Block consists of two layers: the lower portion which consists of 227F-256F and the upper portion which consists of 257F - 264F.

Note that you will also need heart items to make these equipment.
You can fuse a Nihil Black Model equipment in Mayoido Antiques when you unlock it on 7/18 and get the Nihil Black Model on Adamah Monad Doors.
