    It's in the back room after you beat the Trove Imtech. Once you open the door there are 3 chests and you'll find it on the center one.

    The fangs are a purified item. I found the base item in the Abandoned Tomb (where you retrieve the ring to trade for the dagger), but don't remember if it was in a chest or an item drop.
