Complete A Flower For Your Thoughts Quest
In order to get the Charm of Lingering Affliction, you first have to complete A Flower For Your Thoughts quest near the Amber Respite Shrine at Tokachi Range.
Do note that this quest also involves climb up the Amber Respite Shrine where you can claim the Charm of Masakado as well.

Anonymous@Game8 about 2 monthsHi Anonymous! Burn does count as a harmful status effect, so using this charm with Oni's Flame in tandem with other fire-related charms like the charm of Charm of Fire Mastery will work really well on a fire build.
