Found on Mountain Trail

Hanbei Location

You can first find Hanbei by climbing the Mountain Trail towards Mount Yotei until you reach Hanbei's House. This will be readily available after you visit Atsu's hous at the beginning of the game.

Climb up the Mountain Trail from the south side of Mount Yotei until you reach Hanbei's house to learn how to wield Dual Katanas.
