Valentine's Silque Builds and Best IVs
Silque comes with a weapon she can use to buff her own allies as well as a C skill that buffs that unit with the most Spd on her team.
This can greatest increase the power of any Spd-based units and she can quickly get to her allies to heal them due to her nature of being a cavalry healer.
However, if you have other Staff units like Brave Camilla or Veronica, you can use them instead of Silque.
If you have a unit you really like, we recommend spending your Grails on them since they are easy to obtain and build.
Since exchanging Heroic Grails adds the units one by one into your barracks, you can save your Grails until a unit you like is added.
