⚫︎ Prolific German actor Udo Kier, famous in the gaming world as Yuri from Red Alert 2 and for his role in the upcoming OD, has died at 81. Kier's decades-long career included over 200 films and numerous distinctive performances across various media.

OD Overview
OD or, as outlets suspect it to stand for Overdose, is a horror game collaboration between Hideo Kojima and Hollywood horror director Jordan Peele, known for his movies such as ‘Get Out,’ ‘Us,’ and ‘Nope.’ The game promises to be a "challenge of creating a very unique, immersive, and totally new style of game – or rather, a new form of media." According to its official website, the game will test players’ threshold for fear, whilst teetering the line between a videogame and a film experience.
The game will feature prominent actors such as Sophia lLillis, Hunter Schaffre, and Udo Kier.
Since its reveal and announcement, it has not released further information into the collaboration between the game and movie directors. Story premise and gameplay are yet to be revealed.

OD is said to be a new form of media that combines both video game and movie elements that provides a unique experience for players. Aside from being branded as a horror game that will test audiences’ limits of fear, it is currently unknown as to what type of game OD will be.
Kojima Productions have yet to release further information about the title since its release.

The announcement trailer seems to be a tech demo of sorts, wherein actors Sophia Lillis and Udo Kier’s scanned 3D models are made to go through different emotions and reciting the phrase "The hungry purple dinosaur ate the kind zingy fox, the jabbering crab, and the mad whale and started vending and cracking" that contains every sound for the English language.
