Half-Sugar Bunny is an amazing W-Engine for optimizing an entire team's DMG output. Its downside, however, is that it specifically requires its equipper to be able to activate or extend Ether Veils for its passive effect to work.
While there are other Agents who can activate Ether Veil, this W-Engine is a Defense W-Engine. So far, Zhao is the only Defense Agent that can activate Ether Veils all on her own, making her the only viable Agent to equip this.

Get From Exclusive Banners
Half-Sugar Bunny is the featured S-Rank W-Engine in the Dazzling Choir banner during the Phase 1/2 of Version 2.5. Zhao's banner will also be active during this period.
Anby's Demara Battery Mark II and Ben's Big Cylinder are the featured A-Rank W-Engines in the Dazzling Choir Banner, which will run from December 30, 2025 until February 5, 2026.
