How to Beat Sacrifice - Heretic Jester

Sacrifice - Heretic Jester Attack Patterns

Attack Description
Flying Blade Frenzy
After initiating the Miasma Shield, the Heretic Jester will levitate into the air and send forth 3 quick projectiles at you. The last one can be parried.
Teleporting Lunge
Teleports and lunges at your Agent with a swipe. Unblockable.
Blade Frenzy
A grounded variant of the Flying Blade Frenzy. The Heretic Jester will charge up and send forth 3 projectiles simultaneously in a fan formation. Unblockable.
Stab and Smash
Two slow hits involving a atabbing lunge and a smash to the ground. Both hits can be parried.
Frenzied Swipe
A 4-hit swiping combo. The first two hits are unblockable, but the last 2-hit string can be parried.
Frenzied Outburst
A varied 3-hit combo. The first two strikes can be parried but the last hit is unblockable.

Rely on Defensive Assists

Defensive Assists are the key to defeating the Heretic Jester swiftly and efficiently. Not only will it negate DMG, but also removes a healthy chunk off of its Miasmic shield as seen above.

Be sure to use a Defensive Assist on the Flying Blade Frenzy attack to forcefully ground the Jester and increase your party's Anomaly Buildup!
