How to Unlock Behind the Curtain
Clear Suibian Temple Restoration Project
Behind the Curtain is unlocked by completing Suibian Temple Restoration Project, a subquest of the main story, Where Clouds Embrace the Dawn.
We've seen users reporting about being unable to progress the Main Story because they need to complete Behind the Curtain to continue the quest. To solve this issue, simply complete the tutorial quest for Suibian Temple, which should start after talking to Ye Shiyuan!

- Chat with Yixuan Shifu
Talk to Yixuan Shifu
Head over to the center of the Suibian Temple and speak with Yixuan Shifu. She’ll share her insights about your abilities and reflect on your training progress. During the conversation, she will also open up about her past as a trainee.
Return to Your Room and Rest
After chatting, Yixuan Shifu will suggest that you should take a rest, hinting that her past story can wait for another time. Go back to your room and interact with the bed to end the busy day.
Speak with Everyone
Once you've rested, your next objective is to speak with the group as everyone at the Yunkui Summit has gathered. They’re discussing the investigation of the Porcelumex production accident.
Talk to Eric
Speak with Eric and Paulo about the recent news on the incident that Dr. Lohr also mentioned to them. After the conversation, Eric will ask you to stop by Dr. Lohr's clinic to inform him that they’re planning to confront Damian.
Head to Dr. Lohr's Clinic
Follow the quest marker leading downstairs to reach Dr. Lohr’s Clinic. Speak with him about uncovering the truth behind the Porcelumex incident. He’ll explain that he’s gathering evidence on the defective medicine and plans to present it publicly to gain more people to support the protest.
Chat with Yixuan Shifu
Return to Suibian Temple, where your sibling will greet you upon arrival. Share the information you’ve gathered about the incident and how the incident was suspicious. During the discussion, you’ll learn that Damian has come to the temple to talk with everyone about your recent discoveries in the Hollow and how you should look into Dr. Lohr.
