The recommended agents for this W-Engine are arranged from most to least recommended.
As of Version 2.0, Yixuan is the only Rupture Agent released thus far. Therefore, she's the only one capable of using this W-Engine until another Rupture Agent comes along.
However, due to this W-Engine's optimizations on Ether and Sheer DMG, as well as its increase in HP instead of ATK, it's highly likely that only Yixuan will be able to take advantage of its effects to their fullest capacity even after other Rupture Agents get released.
How to Get Qingming Birdcage
Rerun in Version 2.6 Phase 1
Qingming Birdcage is currently having its rerun in the Vibrant Resonance W-Engine Banner during Phase 1 of Version 2.6, which runs from February 6, 2026 to March 4, 2026, alongside Yixuan's Rerun Banner.
Since this is an exclusive W-Engine, Proxies cannot get it by any other means.
