The Her Mask (I) unlocks when your trust level with Pulchra is near Friendly. The Trust Commission will appear on the Schedule Screen one in-game day after.

Burnice Seems to Be Waiting for Someone
Approach Burnice in front of the Gravity Cinema in Lumina Square, near Eve's Newsstand and opposite the HIA Club building. She can be seen standing there while waiting for someone.
Go to the Park to Find Pulchra
Go to the playground near the Coff Cafe in Lumina Square to find Pulchra. She can be standing near the railings and watching the waters.
Meet with Burnice
Meet up with Burnice back at the entrance of Gravity Cinema along with Pulchra. Afterward, the three of you enjoy a nice movie together.
