How to Unlock Everything is Training Quest
Everything is Training is a Phase 3 Port Anecdotes quest that can only be unlocked after completing the Elpis' Ultimate Angler Event Main Story!

Complete All Phase 3 Anecdotes
To fully unlock Everything is Training, Proxies must first complete all of the other Phase 3 Anecdotes. Once complete, the side quest will become available at Port Elpis's Reef Fishing Spot.

Everything is Training is one of the Port Anecdotes in the Elpis Ultimate Angler Championship event. In this quest, Proxies will be fishing alongside Miyabi—a somewhat crucial part of her training.

Everything is Training Quest Walkthrough
Speak to Miyabi
To start this quest, speak to Miyabi on the island of the Reef Fishing Spot. She is training to master the art of fishing but is having a bit of trouble. She will then ask you to show her the ropes—a task you can happily comply with.
Try to Catch a Fish 3 Times
After speaking with Miyabi, fishing will commence. Attempt to catch one fish, but you will ultimately end up with junk. Speak to Miyabi to report your progress and she will advise you to try again.
You need to try this 3 times, all with the same result.
Speak to Miyabi Again
Show Miyabi your catch after fishing. Do not be disheartened by it, though, as your catch will actually contribute to cleaning the pollution in the waters of the Reef Fishing Spot.
You will receive a reward for it, which will ultimately impress Miyabi. Watch the final scenes and the quest should be completed.
