Don't Lose Your Heart is one of the Port Anecdotes in the Elpis Ultimate Angler Championship event. In this quest, Lighter will ask for your aid in helping a fisherman named Matthew.

Don't Lose Your Heart Quest Walkthrough
Speak to Lighter
Speak to Lighter, who is at the docks just beside the Coastal Fishing Spot. He will introduce you to Matthew, a fisherman who wants to sustain his family through fishing but can't seem to catch a fish of his own.
Lighter will ask if you can assist Matthew with his plight. Agree to do so.
Catch One Fish
Speak to Matthew by the Deepwater Fishing Spot to commence fishing. Simply cast your line as any fish will do.
Talk to Matthew and Lighter
Report back to Matthew and Lighter to show them your catch. Afterward, Matthew's wife will show up and reveal the situation in their family.
Convince him to go after her, have one final conversation with Lighter, and the quest will be completed!
